You can also chant it on a japa-mala, do 108 times. It is an easy way to put you in touch with your divine nature. I chanted it once 108 times 21 and experienced tremendous bliss. It is a very sacred mantra, meaning: Rama: "happiness, the spiritual heart", KRISHNA: "that which is most attractive",...HARE: "divine energy",....or "the source of all pleasures". As you chant give yourself away to the sound of the mantra and enjoy.
